Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Arizona SLP State License
  • Possession of CCC-SLP credentials (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Educator Certificate for Arizona schools
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English strongly preferred)
  • School-based SLP experience, especially within culturally and linguistically diverse populations
  • Strong communication, assessment, and writing skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough bilingual speech and language evaluations for K–8 students across the district
  • Work as a pivotal member of the district’s bilingual evaluation team
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation and reports
  • Provide professional recommendations based on evaluation results
  • Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal requirements
