Cardiac Anesthesiology Physician - Mason City, IA - $700k base + $100k bonus
Job Description
We are excited to announce a full-time position for a Fellowship-trained, Board Certified or Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our team in Mason City, Iowa. This role is part of a collaborative group known as North Iowa Anesthesia Associates, which provides anesthesia services at our progressive medical center and an adjacent Ambulatory Surgery Center.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures, including Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Orthopedic, Pediatric, and Obstetric cases.
- Participate in a call rotation, covering Cardiac surgeries and providing Cardiac call from Monday to Thursday.
- Handle general weekend call six times a year and one holiday annually.
- Receive call pay for Cardiac anesthesia procedures performed during on-call hours.
- Completion of a Cardiac Anesthesia Fellowship or TEE certification is required.
- Board Certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology is essential.
This position is based in a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital recognized nationally for excellence in clinical outcomes and management. Our facility operates as a Level III Trauma Center and offers a comprehensive range of medical and surgical specialties, supported by a 24/7 Hospitalist program.
