  • Managing, coaching and developing the marketing team.
  • \n
  • Leading sprint planning, workflow management and project delivery.
  • \n
  • Translating business objectives into well-defined marketing initiatives.
  • \n
  • Driving digital marketing performance across content, CRM, email and lead generation channels.
  • \n
  • Using data and insight to identify opportunities and improve conversion.
  • \n
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the wider business and acting as a key point of contact for marketing activity.
  • \n
  • Reviewing work to ensure high standards of quality, consistency and effectiveness.
  • \n
  • Supporting the ongoing development of marketing processes, reporting and operational efficiency.

  • Managing external suppliers and agency partners where required.

  • Helping shape marketing priorities and contributing to wider commercial objectives.

Profile

\n

You'll likely have experience in a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager or Marketing Operations role and be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing position.
  • \n
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge, particularly across content, lead generation and customer engagement.
  • \n
  • Experience managing and developing marketing teams.
  • \n
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • \n
  • The ability to turn broad objectives into actionable plans and deliver successful outcomes.
  • \n
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • \n
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to use insight to support decision-making.
  • \n
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • \n
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a willingness to take ownership.

Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000 dependent on the level of experience.

  • Benefits to be confirmed by the employer.

  • Permanent position based in Birmingham.
