\nThe Role & Key Responsibilities

- Support the Corporate team in delivering a broad range of corporate legal services, including corporate agreements, shareholders' agreements, joint venture arrangements, share option schemes, family investment companies, family charters, and corporate reorganisations. \n
- Play a key role in transactional matters, acting for a range of clients including serial acquirers, private equity-backed businesses pursuing buy-and-build strategies, and clients undertaking corporate disposals. \n
- Advise and support clients on a variety of non-transactional corporate matters. \n
- Coordinate due diligence processes, working closely with specialist teams across the firm to ensure seamless project delivery. \n
- Prepare company secretarial documentation and manage the submission of statutory filings. \n
About You

- Previous corporate law experience is advantageous but not essential. \n
- A willingness to embrace new technologies and innovative ways of working. \n
- Commercial awareness with a genuine interest in business and corporate clients. \n
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, including data entry and document preparation. \n
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. \n
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. \n
- The ability to take ownership of work, manage responsibilities independently, and remain accountable for delivering high-quality outcomes. \n
