Senior QS / Commercial Manager Glasgow – 2 days from home 36 months contractVirtual interviewMon–FriCertain Advantage is partnering with a key client to recruit a Senior QS / Commercial Manager . You will be developing procurement strategies, contract management plans and ITT processes (including supporting competitive and compliant tender submissions). What will you be doing? \n

• Manage the tender process end-to-end, including preparation of documentation, commercial evaluation of bids, and supplier negotiations to achieve best value outcomes.
\n
• Cost planning, estimating, and benchmarking
\n
• Procurement strategy development
\n
• Commercial risk identification and pricing
\n
• Stakeholder engagement across bid, design, and delivery teams
\n

A couple of things you should know:\n

\n
• Experience in pre-contract and tendering within major infrastructure projects, with strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
\n
• MRICS and/or MCIPS preferred
\n
