\nAre you an organised, detail-driven professional with a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience? We’re recruiting a IFA Administrator to join a growing financial planning business and play a key part in supporting both clients and financial planners.

\nAs an IFA Administrator, you will provide efficient, end-to-end support across the client lifecycle. From onboarding and maintaining compliant records to preparing documentation and progressing new business, you’ll be a critical part of ensuring clients receive a seamless, positive experience.

\nKey Responsibilities

- Onboard, update and maintain accurate, compliant client records across internal systems \n
- Prepare documentation and information for client meetings \n
- Monitor new and existing client transactions, ensuring timely and accurate completion \n
- Process new business efficiently and effectively \n
- Translate financial documentation for clients where required \n
- Produce high-quality letters, emails, and financial paperwork with excellent attention to detail \n
- Handle queries and calls in line with company standards, escalating where appropriate \n
- Prioritise workloads to meet deadlines and agreed service levels \n
- Resolve income reconciliation, finance, or tax-related queries \n
- Ensure all work adheres to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards \n
- Embed a client-first culture throughout every interaction \n
In Senior positions, responsibilities may also include:

- Managing more complex cases and supporting the development of junior team members \n
- Contributing to departmental projects and process improvements \n
- Assisting the Client Services Manager in overseeing workloads and resolving procedural matters \n
- Supporting with complaint identification and investigation \n
- Taking responsibility for local health & safety and facilities requirements \n
- Deputising for the Client Services Manager when required \n

Skills & Experience
\nEssential:
\n- \n
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy \n
- Excellent knowledge of iO and Excel \n
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines \n
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal \n
- Strong team player \n
Desirable:
\n- \n
- Broad knowledge of the financial services sector \n
- Understanding of FCA regulations \n
