The BusinessWe are partnering with a fast-growing business based in North Manchester to recruit a Polish Speaking Credit Controller to join a high-performing and collaborative finance team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a standalone position, taking ownership of a European customer portfolio, and managing the full accounts receivable cycle across billing, credit control, collections, and cash allocation.The RoleThis is a varied and hands-on role focused on maximising cash collection, reducing aged debt, resolving customer queries and delivering an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage the end-to-end billing, collections and cash allocation process for a European customer portfolio.
\n
• Communicate effectively with Polish-speaking customers to resolve payment queries and disputes.
\n
• Raise and issue customer invoices through internal finance systems.
\n
• Reconcile customer accounts, including high-volume and complex balances.
\n
• Investigate and resolve invoice disputes, short payments, unapplied cash, credits and debits.
\n
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.

Person\n

\n
• Fluent in both Polish and English, and previous experience within Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Billing or Cash Allocation.
\n
• Experience using ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
\n
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and resolve payment issues.
\n
• Experience processing invoices and allocating cash receipts.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
\n
• Able to manage workload independently and prioritise effectively.
\n
