We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive the day-to-day execution of our marketing plans. This role is pivotal in managing digital campaigns across PPC, SEO, email, and social media, and supports the Head of Marketing in delivering tactical campaigns and coordinating events. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic marketer with a strong background in digital execution and campaign management.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Implement and manage strategic email marketing and PPC campaigns, tracking performance to optimize lead generation.
  • \n
  • Conduct research to identify potential B2B customers in sectors like agriculture, wastewater, construction, and events.
  • \n
  • Manage the inbound lead pipeline, coordinate with sales for lead transfers, and nurture customers to maximize conversion rates.
  • \n
  • Write and edit high-quality copy for marketing collateral, product applications, and website landing pages.
  • \n
  • Act as the internal "super-user" for the website, managing routine updates, new product uploads, and on-page SEO optimization.
  • \n
  • Serve as the primary liaison for external digital agencies, providing content assets and monitoring deliverables.
  • \n
  • Coordinate the communication of industry events and trade shows, working closely with the Sales team.
  • \n
  • Create and schedule daily social media posts, including basic graphic design.
  • \n
  • Compile regular analytics reports on digital traffic, email engagement, and competitor activity.
  • \n
  • Manage the marketing mailing list to ensure GDPR compliance.
  • \n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of broad marketing experience, with a focus on digital execution, content creation, and campaign coordination.
  • \n
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, with a preference for candidates with HubSpot experience.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in managing social media and email campaigns.
  • \n
  • Highly organised and reliable, capable of managing multiple tasks and schedules.
  • \n
  • Strong CRM and analytical skills to maintain accurate lead records and produce insightful reports.
  • \n
  • Team player, comfortable collaborating with external stakeholders and willing to travel for trade shows.
  • \n
  • Proactive and mature mindset, able to manage daily operations and make decisions in the absence of the Head of Marketing.
  • \n
  • Background or interest in rainwater harvesting, water treatment, or B2B environments is advantageous.
