An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join a highly regarded and growing specialist law firm. You will manage a varied private client caseload and play a key role in maintaining the firm's outstanding reputation for quality advice and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a broad range of private client matters from instruction through to completion
\n
• Advising clients on:\n

  • Wills
  \n
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  \n
  • Court of Protection matters
  \n
  • Estate Administration and Probate
  \n
\n
• Delivering an exceptional standard of client care
\n
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
\n
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients
\n
• Supporting business development and contributing to the continued success of the team
\n

About You

\n
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with a background in Private Client work
\n
• Experience handling a range of private client matters independently
\n
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
\n
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
\n
• Empathetic, approachable and client-focused
\n
• A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
\n
• STEP qualification or an interest in working towards STEP accreditation would be advantageous
\n
