Maintenance Controller

We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Controller to join a busy fleet operation. This role is responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance, managing fleet compliance, investigating vehicle damage and accidents, and ensuring vehicles remain safe, roadworthy, and operational.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, MOTs, and inspections
\n
• Manage fleet compliance and maintenance schedules
\n
• Investigate vehicle damage, defects, and accident reports
\n
• Liaise with suppliers, garages, and contractors
\n
• Review and challenge repair quotations and costs
\n
• Support insurance and claims processes
\n
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and fleet documentation
\n
• Work closely with drivers to promote safety and compliance
\n
