\nWith ambitious growth plans and a strong people-first culture, they're now looking to appoint a Head of People to lead and shape the people agenda during an exciting period of expansion.
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll be trusted to make things happen, influence senior stakeholders, and build a people function that supports a fast-moving, commercially focused business.
\nThe Role
\nReporting directly to the leadership team, you'll take ownership of all people-related activity across the business, including:

- Leading and developing the people strategy to support growth. \n
- Owning the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to exit. \n
- Managing employee relations and employment law matters. \n
- Coaching and supporting managers to build high-performing teams. \n
- Driving engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives. \n
- Overseeing HR systems, payroll inputs, benefits and people reporting. \n
- Building scalable processes, policies and frameworks as the business grows. \n
About You
\nWe're looking for someone who:
\n- \n
- Has experience as a Head of People, Head of HR, Senior HRBP or HR Manager. \n
- Is CIPD qualified (or brings equivalent experience). \n
- Has strong employment law expertise. \n
- Is strategic in their thinking but equally happy getting into the detail. \n
- Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. \n
- Can juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly. \n
- Works autonomously and takes ownership of outcomes. \n
- Is commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions-focused. \n
- Isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up and do whatever is needed to get the job done. \n
