\nLocation: Cambridge (Hybrid working – up to 2 days from home after probation)
\nSalary: £30,000 – £36,000 (depending on experience)

About the Company
\nWe're working with a highly respected Chartered Independent Financial Planning firm with offices in Cambridge and Stansted. With around 25 employees, the business specialises in holistic financial planning for high-net-worth clients and has built an excellent reputation for both client service, employee wellbeing and their development.
\nThe Cambridge office has exciting growth plans, making this an excellent time to join. You'll play a key role in supporting its continued expansion while working closely with colleagues across both offices.

\nThe Role
\nSupporting two Financial Advisers, you'll become an integral part of the client journey, managing a varied workload across wealth planning administration while also helping coordinate the day-to-day running of the Cambridge office.
\nThis is an ideal role for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a collaborative environment and likes being at the heart of a busy office.
\nYour responsibilities will include:

- Supporting two Financial Advisers with all aspects of wealth planning administration. \n
- Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection. \n
- Preparing client documentation, meeting packs and annual review paperwork. \n
- Liaising with clients and providers to progress cases efficiently. \n
- Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems. \n
- Welcoming clients into the office and acting as the first point of contact for visitors. \n
- Opening and closing the office, managing stationery supplies and helping ensure the office runs smoothly. \n
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across both the Cambridge and Stansted offices. \n
What We're Looking For

- Previous experience within IFA or Wealth Planning Administration. \n
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. \n
- A proactive, friendly and professional approach. \n
- Someone who enjoys supporting advisers, building client relationships and taking ownership of their workload. \n
- Someone who would enjoy the added responsibilities of the office co-ordination duties. \n

- £30,000 – £36,000 depending on experience. \n
