My client is looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its dispute resolution team. This is a great opportunity for a confident Litigation Solicitor (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) who enjoys varied work and building strong client relationships.

You will handle your own caseload and assist on more complex matters, which range across:

• Commercial, civil and general disputes
\n
• Property litigation
\n
• Contentious probate
\n

Responsibilities

\n
• Advise a diverse client base, including individuals, businesses, trusts and charities
\n
• Draft statements, witness statements, correspondence and other documents
\n
• Instruct and liaise with counsel
\n
• Represent clients in court, mediation and settlement discussions
\n

What experience is required

\n
• Qualified solicitor circa 5 PQE
\n
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills
\n
