Job Description
Our client, an International Bank is looking to hire a Relationship Manager x 2 to focus on Property finance.
\nJob Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Originate new lending opportunities in property finance (Buy to Let, Development and Trading Business loans) through established relationships with clients and brokers. \n
- Identify and target high-potential customer segments across lending and deposits. \n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property investors, developers, brokers and corporate clients. \n
- Act as a trusted advisor delivering tailored, risk-aligned lending solutions. \n
- Own and grow a portfolio of clients with accountability for revenue, performance, and retention. \n
- Maintain and convert a strong deal pipeline. \n
- Evaluate borrower profile, asset quality, and repayment capacity. \n
- Prepare and present credit proposals after completing due diligence. \n
- Drive transactions through to execution working with internal stakeholders. \n
- Structure transactions including pricing, leverage, and covenants. \n
- Manage portfolio performance, monitoring covenants and risks. \n
- Conduct annual reviews and manage early warning signals. \n

Skill/Competencies Required for the Role

- 5+ years in UK property finance \n
- Proven origination track record \n
- Strong market knowledge \n
- Established broker and client relationships \n
- Strong communication and negotiation skills \n
