You’ll manage a portfolio of commercial property claims from instruction through to settlement, dealing with brokers, insurers, policyholders and other stakeholders throughout the process. The caseload is varied, technically interesting and offers exposure to everything from SME losses through to more complex commercial property claims.

• Handling commercial property claims up to £150k from first notification through to settlement
\n
• Managing your own diary and caseload with a high level of autonomy
\n
• Building strong relationships with brokers, insurers and policyholders
\n
• Producing clear, accurate reports and maintaining excellent technical standards
\n
• Working alongside experienced colleagues on larger and more complex losses where required
\n

• Previous experience as a Property Loss Adjuster
\n
• Commercial property claims experience
\n
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
\n
• A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage your own workload
\n
• Cert CILA / Dip CILA (or working towards) would be advantageous
\n
