- Taking ownership of all inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring products are delivered efficiently, on time and in line with customer expectations. \n
- Managing inbound freight, coordinating supplier deliveries and working with logistics partners to ensure materials are available to support production. \n
- Managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers, monitoring performance against agreed service levels and driving continuous improvements in delivery, quality and cost. \n
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, holding partners accountable while working collaboratively to improve operational performance. \n
- Monitoring and improving key logistics KPIs, including OTIF, lead times, service levels and transport performance, using data to identify trends and opportunities. \n
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimise logistics processes, reduce costs and enhance the customer experience. \n
- Working closely with internal stakeholders across operations, procurement and customer service to improve communication and ensure a seamless supply chain. \n
- Supporting the implementation and development of logistics systems and processes as the business continues to invest in its operational capability. \n
- Providing oversight of warehouse and fulfilment activities, ensuring effective inventory management, dispatch operations and warehouse performance in support of the wider logistics function. \n

- Previous experience in a Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management role within a manufacturing or distribution environment. \n
- Proven experience managing 3PL providers and supplier relationships, with a track record of improving service delivery and performance. \n
- Strong understanding of logistics KPIs, including OTIF, service levels, transport performance and cost control. \n
- Experience identifying and delivering continuous improvement initiatives across logistics or supply chain operations. \n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence both internal teams and external partners. \n
- A data-driven, analytical approach with the ability to turn insight into measurable logistics improvements. \n
- Experience with ERP, WMS or transport management systems would be advantageous. \n
- An understanding of warehouse operations, with the ability to provide oversight and support where required, rather than being directly warehouse focused. \n

- Salary of £35,000 to £40,000. \n
