This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate leader who is committed to delivering outstanding person-centred care while driving quality, occupancy and team performance.As Home Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance and commercial performance.You'll ideally have:\n

• Previous Home Manager experience within a nursing home.

• A strong understanding of elderly and dementia care.
\n
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
\n
• Good knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
\n
• A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
