We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Administrator to manage returned IT and EPOS equipment, keeping everything tracked, logged and processed correctly to support ongoing projects and field activity.

What you will be doing

• Logging and processing returned equipment from engineers and sites
\n
• Checking returns against paperwork, records and system data
\n
• Recording serial numbers and tracking stock movements
\n
• Coordinating inspection, repair, refurbishment or disposal routes
\n
• Investigating missing or damaged items and flagging issues
\n
• Preparing equipment for testing, redeployment or vendor return
\n
• Keeping records, reports and documentation accurate and up to date
\n

What you will need

\n
• Experience in warehouse administration, stock control or returns processing
\n
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
\n
• Confidence using systems such as WMS, ERP or asset tracking
\n
• Good organisation and communication skills
\n
• Ability to handle high-volume administration in a fast-paced environment
\n
