Firm SJC Partners are working with a leading regional law firm that is looking to recruit a Residential Property Conveyancer to join its well-established Property team based in Ludlow. With continued investment in its Property department, this is an excellent opportunity to join a respected team that offers high-quality work, genuine career progression and long-term stability.Role The successful candidate will join the firm's busy Residential Property department, taking responsibility for managing their own varied conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion. This opportunity would suit an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Property Solicitor who is confident handling matters independently and is looking to progress their career within a respected regional law firm. You will work closely with colleagues across the wider Property team while delivering an exceptional level of client care and playing an active role in the continued growth of the department.Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for:\n

- Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion \n
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold matters, new build transactions and shared ownership matters \n
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation, contracts, reports on title, SDLT returns and completion statements \n
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, developers and other third parties throughout the transaction \n
- Providing clear, proactive advice and maintaining excellent levels of client care \n
- Conducting title investigations and legal research where required \n
- Ensuring accurate file management, time recording and compliance with regulatory requirements \n
- Using the firm's case management system to progress matters efficiently \n
- Supporting business development initiatives and helping to build strong client relationships \n
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant residential property legislation and best practice \n
