Key Details

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

• Occasional Saturdays required
\n
• Ongoing ad-hoc bookings – must be able to commit to cover booked days/weeks/months in advance
\n

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting customers in a professional and welcoming manner
\n
• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries
\n
• Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
\n
• Ensuring the reception area is presentable at all times
\n

About You

• A confident people person with excellent communication skills
\n
• Reliable, flexible, and able to commit to pre-booked assignments
\n
• Well-presented and professional at all times
\n
• Previous reception or customer-facing experience is essential
\n
• Motor industry experience would be a distinct advantage
