Clinical Lead Nursing HomeOur client is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Lead to join their team and play a key role in maintaining exceptional standards of care across their nursing home.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who is looking to take the next step in their career, providing clinical leadership, supporting the nursing team, and ensuring residents receive the highest quality care.Reporting directly to the Home Manager , you will work closely with nurses, carers, and the wider management team to drive best practice, promote clinical excellence, and support the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care.Key Responsibilities:Provide strong clinical leadership and support to the nursing teamEnsure high standards of nursing care are consistently maintainedSupport, coach, and mentor nurses and carers to develop their skillsContribute to clinical decision-making and care planningPromote best practice across all areas of clinical deliverySupport with audits, compliance, safeguarding, DOLS, and CQC standardsBuild positive working relationships across the teamRemain calm, professional, and effective in a fast-paced care environmentAbout You: The successful candidate will be a confident and experienced nurse with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
