\nA Secondary SEN School in Reading is seeking a dedicated and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers who want to build valuable, hands-on experience working with students with a variety of special educational needs.
\nAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

- Deliver 1:1 and small group support tailored to students with SEN. \n
- Help students develop confidence, independence, and active participation in learning. \n
- Work alongside teachers to promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. \n
- Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, and engagement throughout the school day. \n
We're looking for a Teaching Assistant who is:
