We are hiring for our client - a premium private health screening centre located in the heart of London. Our client specialises in structured health assessments, preventive medicine, and services tailored for their international clients, they are now expanding the clinical team and seeking qualified candidates to support their integrated, prevention-focused model of care.Location: Central LondonJob Type: Full-time / Part-time (Open to discuss)ResponsibilitiesSupport the Clinic Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient client journeyCoordinate appointment scheduling, client check-in/check-out, and screening programme logisticsAct as a first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and with cultural sensitivityAssist with staff rostering, onboarding, and day-to-day coordination of clinical and front-of-house teamsMonitor stock levels of clinical and office supplies, and liaise with suppliers on ordering and inventory managementSupport compliance with CQC, health and safety, and data protection (GDPR) requirements, including maintaining accurate recordsAssist in preparing reports, rotas, and operational documentation for the Clinic Manager and senior leadershipHelp coordinate marketing, client communications, and community outreach activitiesCommunicate effectively with English- and Mandarin-speaking clients and staff to ensure a seamless, culturally sensitive experienceEssential RequirementsPrevious experience in a clinic, healthcare, hospitality, or customer-facing operations/administration roleFluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindsetProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning clinic management/booking systemsA high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detailDesirableExperience in a private healthcare, health screening, or medical clinic settingBackground in operations, office management, or team supervisionFamiliarity with CQC standards or healthcare regulatory requirementsInterest in preventive medicine, wellness, and the international/expat client communityWe welcome applications from motivated, service-oriented candidates who value operational excellence, high-quality client experience, and culturally sensitive practice.Privacy NoticeBy applying for this vacancy, you acknowledge that Crestpoint HR Services will collect and process your personal information, including your CV and contact details, for recruitment purposes.If you are shortlisted, we will contact you before submitting your CV or personal information to our client for consideration.
