We have an open-door policy and everyone's voice matters.Responsibilities as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:Working in a fast-paced, sales environmentMaking a high volume of telephone calls - cold-calling candidates and clientsGenerating sales leadsBuilding relationships with candidates and clientsResearching your market and learning about your sector to become a specialistUsing recruitment tools to source candidates and fill vacanciesConducting business development calls to attract new business from clientsInterviewing candidates for rolesWorking towards targets and daily KPIsSkills you need as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:Great sales skills and the ability to influenceExceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapportProfessional and confident telephone mannerAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be highly organisedDedication and the ability to prioritiseResilience and able to handle pressureYou'll need to be ready to buckle down and fully commit to the role.
