Claims Handler

You don't need a legal background for this role. We're much more interested in finding someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, has great attention to detail, and is confident managing tasks and deadlines. The role is based around reviewing information, updating records, preparing documents, and ensuring important processes are followed accurately. Key Responsibilities What you'll be doing Managing a caseload of litigated Infant Approval matters from instruction through to resolutionReviewing new instructions, setting reserves and developing case strategiesIdentifying and addressing technical issues within filesAssessing and valuing damages and supporting settlement negotiationsDrafting court documentation and filing Acknowledgements of ServiceUpdating reserves as evidence is receivedMaintaining accurate case records and meeting agreed performance targetsAssisting with court order diary management when requiredEnsuring compliance with client guidelines and legal proceduresSkills, Knowledge & Expertise What we're looking for Previous experience in an office, administration, customer service, or process-driven environmentStrong organisation and attention to detailComfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and ExcelAbility to follow processes and work to deadlinesA positive attitude and willingness to learnStrong communication skills and a team-focused approach.Why join us?
