Make an impact!Tradebe is seeking reliable and professional HGV Class 1 Tramper Drivers to join our dedicated transport team. If you take pride in safe driving, high standards, and a role that offers UK-wide travel and overnight stays, we'd love to hear from you.Shift : 4 on 4 off (4o4o)Role Responsibilities:Safely and professionally transport customers' waste in accordance with company and legal requirements.Complete all work-related paperwork fully and accurately, handing it in at the end of each shift.Carry out thorough vehicle checks before and after shifts to ensure compliance and safety.Drive in line with Road Traffic Law, the Highway Code, and ADR regulations at all times.Report any vehicle defects promptly to your line manager or shift supervisor.Adhere to all site rules, including those at customer locations.Wear all required PPE at all times.Correctly complete consignment notes and other transport documentation.Undertake overnights and changeovers across the UK as part of the tramper role.Do you have what it takes?Essential Skills:Happy to TrampGood communication skillsCorrect Licence for the type of vehicle required to driveHGV C+EValid CPC and Digital tachograph cardsUnderstanding of EU Driver & Working time lawsDesirable Skills:ADR qualified (training can be provided)Experience in handling waste (Healthcare & Hazardous waste desirable)Use of handheld devices e.g., PDA or similarWe expect from you to Be accountable, Drive results, Embrace Change , and high levels of Collaboration!What's in for you?Earn £36,500 per year with the opportunity to exceed £50,000 OTE through overtime and bonuses!What's in it for you?Competitive base salary and bonusOvertime paid at x1.5Consistent daily routes with a single destination pointAdditional overnight allowance of £26.17 and eligibility for a quarterly bonus6% Contributory PensionA range of benefits (access to our benefits platform for discounts and cash back on shopping purchases, gyms and leisure activities, cycle to work scheme and dedicated wellbeing centre)TPBN1_UKTJ
