Are you ready to lead the commercial delivery of a healthcare project?The roleDalkia UK is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Sunderland team.You will lead the commercial management of MEP works on a major healthcare development, working with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and teams. This is an opportunity to take ownership of cost control, contracts and commercial performance while supporting project delivery.You will gain exposure to healthcare projects across Dalkia North, creating career development opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the commercial delivery of MEP works throughout the project lifecycleComplete measurement and valuation of works, variations and final accountsPrepare CVRs, cost reports, cash flow forecasts and cost-to-complete updatesManage subcontractor and supplier appointments, performance and account agreementsMaximise commercial performance while maintaining financial controlsEnsure compliance with contractual requirements and internal governanceBuild relationships with clients, the supply chain and project teamsSupport and mentor junior commercial team membersAbout our companyDalkia UK is backed by EDF, Britains largest generator of low-carbon electricity.
