Rural Surveyor (Valuations) RICS / MRICS QualifiedLocation: North EastSalary: £60,000 OTE + benefits (dependent on experience)We are working with an established property consultancy seeking an experienced RICS or MRICS qualified Rural Surveyor to join their team, covering a diverse portfolio of rural property, land and estate work across the North East .This is an excellent opportunity for a Surveyor with a strong background in valuations and appraisals , looking to work with a varied client base across agricultural, residential, commercial and rural property assets.The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for:Undertaking valuations and appraisals across a range of rural, agricultural and mixed-use property assetsActing on behalf of clients in the sale and acquisition of property, land, farms and estatesOverseeing the management and provision of advice across residential, commercial, agricultural and sporting propertySupporting landowners with Compensation and Compulsory Purchase matters across a variety of projectsDelivering Landlord & Tenant advice , including new lettings, rent reviews and tenancy renewals across AHA and FBT agreementsBuilding strong client relationships and providing commercially focused surveying adviceAbout You We are looking for a Surveyor with:RICS or MRICS qualificationPrevious experience within rural surveying, agricultural property or estatesStrong valuation and appraisal experienceGood knowledge of rural property markets, landlord & tenant matters and estate managementExcellent communication and client-facing skillsThe ability to work independently and manage a varied workloadThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Rural Surveyor looking for a diverse role with strong client exposure and the opportunity to develop within a leading consultancy.For further information or a confidential discussion, please get in touch.TPBN1_UKTJ
