Area Manager

Motorclean have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Area Manager, overseeing customer sites throughout KentMotorclean provide vehicle preparation services to a wide range of automotive businesses across the UK including car dealerships, rental companies and auction retailers. The purpose of this role is to manage the daily operations, promote excellent Customer Service and assist with the growth of the company.Salary is £36,500 basic salary plus company bonus scheme.Responsibilities:Deliver a high-quality service within agreed budgets and timescalesDevelop a close working relationship with the customer and operatorsEnsure that the business exceeds operational requirements in all respects, is fully compliant and operates in a manner that mitigates any potential reputational risk to the business.Deliver results required within business plans which will include reporting on the companys performanceDrive and share best practice across the business, adapting to changes required by the senior management teamResponsible for new site launches and inductionsConduct regular reviews with customer contactsTravel to all sites regularly, ensuring all audits are completed by working closely with all team members.Manage absences within the team including annual leave and sicknessRecruit operators as required, utilising all recruitment methods at your disposalEnforce the company policy on health & safety and promote safe-working practices.Requirements:Automotive industry experience, ideally within vehicle preparationResourceful and ProactiveNegotiation and presentation skillsExcellent communicatorStrong attention to detailFull Driving LicenseMust have the Right to work in UKMust have Valid Personal UK Bank Account in your own nameTeam playerIf you feel you have the relevant skills and experience to do this job well then please apply with a full updated CV.TPBN1_UKTJ
