Join a team of fridge-fillers and self-starters just doing their bit for the bigger picture.Unit Maintenance TechnicianMinsterleyShift Pattern - 4 on 4 off shift pattern: 6-6 (days & nights)Salary - £57,289 per annum plus paid overtime at 1.5x£5,000 signing on bonus (Payable after passing probation)Mller Yogurt & Desserts is the UK's leading yogurt manufacturer responsible for major brands like Mllerlight, Mller Corner and Mller Rice. It produces chilled desserts under licence from Mondelez International and supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.We're looking for highly skilled Engineers (known internally as Unit Maintenance Technicians) to join our Minsterley Dairy.The successful candidate will be responsible for reactive maintenance as well as conducting planned maintenance activities where required.Ideal candidates should possess a time-served apprenticeship/HNC qualification and have prior experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in the food or beverages industry.What's in it for you?£ 57,289 + 1.5x overtime rate5% bonus*Health care cash plan282 hours annual leavePension schemeAccess to Muller Rewards Platform saving money across numerous retailersFree onsite secured colleague car parkingLong term career with a company that invests in you!What are we looking for from an Engineering Technician?Experience of working in a multi-skilled department maintaining fast moving, complex manufacturing or logistics environmentExperience in mechanical and electrical engineering within Manufacturing, Production and Process environmentsApprentice trained with proven experience of working on fast- moving machinery, pumps, valves and PLC'sPossess good knowledge in the areas of filling and process technologyStrong problem solving and root cause analysis skillsGood knowledge of preventative maintenance techniquesTeam building skills and strong ability to work cross functionallyAt Mller, we're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels they belong.
