A long list of benefits include 24 days' holiday plus bank holidays, birthday off, pension, life insurance, healthcare cash plan, a company vehicle (mobile technicians, depending on experience), excellent manufacturer training, career development, staff discounts, uniform and free parking.The Role:Service, maintain and repair agricultural machinery at customer sites and within the workshop.Diagnose faults and provide practical solutions to minimise customer downtime.Carry out pre-delivery inspections and equipment preparation.Complete service reports and paperwork accurately and on time.Deliver a professional, customer-focused service while promoting best practice and equipment performance.We're Looking For a Service Technician/Field Service Engineer who has:Experience servicing, maintaining or repairing agricultural, plant, construction, HGV or similar machinery.Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.A Full UK driving licence.Agricultural machinery experience.
