Management Accountant | Grantham | £40,000 - £50,000 | HybridA well established, owner-managed SME in Grantham is looking for a Management Accountant to join their finance team and report directly into the Head of Finance.This is a proper hands-on Management Accountant role in a business where finance actually matters. You won't be hidden away processing numbers that nobody reads. You'll be producing insight that the leadership team and owner genuinely uses to make decisions.The business has grown steadily over recent years and the finance function needs to grow with it.
