.Residential Surveyor (AssocRICS / MRICS Pathway)SRVO Valuations & Surveys Competitive Base Salary + Performance Related Commission + Car Allowance + Benefits Home Based (Portfolios Nationwide Available)ROLE OVERVIEWWe are seeking a Residential Surveyor (AssocRICS or MRICS) to join our Survey and Professional Services team, delivering high-quality valuation and professional survey work for major UK lenders and private clients.This home-based role offers centrally managed diaries and dedicated administrative support, allowing you to focus on inspections, report quality and professional judgement while maintaining a genuine work-life balance.You'll undertake lender valuations, Red Book valuations for probate, taxation and matrimonial purposes and, where appropriate, Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys, supported by realistic workloads that allow you to focus on quality rather than volume.We believe exceptional surveying starts with quality, not volume.
