Composite Laminator - Formula 1

We are recruiting for multiple roles within our clients Composite Laminating Team to support the build of ourthe teamsFormula One car. These positions are based in Woking and will focus on the production of high-performance composite parts and assemblies for our clients F1 team.Principal Accountabilities:Production of F1 car components on current and futurecarsLaminating componentsMould preparation, manufacture and maintenanceOperation of autoclavesWork in a safe manner and to prescribed processProve support to other teams as work load dictatesJob requirements Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Skilled composite laminator previous experience in motorsport (especially F1) or aerospace is preferableProactive, self-motivated and uses initiative, looks for the next task and offers solutions to problemsHigh level of attention to detailGood communication skills uses accurate and clear communication and demonstrates when information is understoodPersonal Attributes:Consistently strives for excellence in quality, performance and outputHas a positive approach to situationsTeam player supports other team members, department strategies and processes as a wholeDetermined results focused and driven to do the very best possibleWhy Join us?Long term contract at a leading F1 racing team.State-of-the-art production centre with the latest in CNC machines and autoclave technology, an open plan office, gym and quiet room.Easy access to site -the site is situated on the canal for easy walking and cycling commutes as well as local amenities within walking distance.Applications:Please apply with updated CV and details of current rate/salary and notice period.
