You will play a key role in delivering high-quality testing solutions across diverse private and public sector projects, ensuring applications and systems meet functional, performance, and security expectations.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively with technical and business teams, and brings strong analytical and consultative skills to complex testing challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesTest Planning & ExecutionAnalyse requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create detailed test plans and test cases.Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing across multiple projects.Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.Ensure test coverage aligns with project scope, risk, and quality expectations.Consultation & Stakeholder EngagementInfluence and consult with stakeholders to build strong working relationships and become a trusted advisor.Work collaboratively with diverse technical, functional, and business SMEs.Design and lead relevant meetings and workshops to support project delivery and quality outcomes.Automation & ToolsPlan and deploy automated testing tools and frameworks.Work with Jira/xRay for test management, reporting, and defect tracking.Contribute to automation strategy and best practices across projects.Quality Assurance & CollaborationParticipate in Agile ceremonies, providing input on test readiness, risks, and progress.Support continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.Provide guidance on automation, performance testing, and quality engineering.Leadership & MentoringSupport junior testers with coaching, guidance, and knowledge sharing.Act as a senior point of contact for testing queries within project teams.Contribute to test strategy discussions and quality governance.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Senior Test Analyst or equivalent role.Strong background in functional, regression, integration, and system testing.Experience using Jira/xRay.Experience planning and deploying automated testing tools.Deep understanding and experience in using AI and Automation.Ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships.Strong collaboration skills across technical and business teams.Experience designing and leading workshops and structured meetings.Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.Beneficial ExperienceSAP testing experience.Experience in plant maintenance, work and asset management environments.Exposure to performance testing or security testing.Person SpecificationHighly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.Strong problem-solver with a proactive, analytical mindset.Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.Customer-focused and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-moving environments.Keen to learn, grow, and contribute to continuous improvement.Why Join Us?If youre aconsultative, quality-driven Senior Test Analyst who enjoys working across diverse projects, collaborating with talented teams, and contributing to high-impact digital solutions, youll thrive here.
