Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer required in BromleyMy client are a highly reputable maintenance contractor who are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join there growing team. Responsible for reactive maintenance work for various clients. Carrying out quoted repair or quotes raised from reactive work.Duties:? Undertake repair and maintenance of the building fabric and services as required.? Manage and undertake improvement projects as required.? Working with production teams around PPM and breakdowns. Undertake planned maintenance as required and directed.? Supply Services estimating team with quote information requests by deadlines required.? Completing all work in a safe manner? Strong communication skills both written and verbal.? Effective computerised PPM planning skills? Must be flexible and able to work to tight deadlines.? Personable, confident, and able to work alone without supervision.? Must be proactive in seeking out potential problems.Skills & Experience:? Maintenance 1 year (preferred)?
