Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (3 on / 2 off Days)Location: Cambridgeshire (commutable from March, Wisbech, Chatteris, Ely, Huntingdon and Peterborough) Salary: £48,000-£50,000We're recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing site in Cambridgeshire, working a days-only 3 on / 2 off shift pattern. Ideal for someone who wants the benefits of a rotating pattern without night shifts.The RoleComplete PPM schedules and respond to breakdowns across production equipmentDiagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults quickly and safelyWork closely with production teams to reduce downtime and improve reliabilityMaintain accurate maintenance records and contribute to plant improvementsWork a 3 on / 2 off days patternWhat We're Looking ForRecognised engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, apprenticeship, or equivalent)Multi-skilled maintenance experience, ideally within FMCG or manufacturingConfident working independently and as part of a teamStrong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skillsHappy working a 3 on / 2 off days shift patternWhat's On Offer£48,000-£50,000 basic salaryDays-only shift pattern - no nightsStable, well-established business with long-term prospectsCommutable from March, Wisbech, Chatteris, Ely, Huntingdon and PeterboroughInterested?
