Site Engineer - Civil EngineeringLocation: CambridgeshireCivil Engineering ProjectTemporary£400-450 per dayOur client is looking to add an experienced Site Engineer to join their team in delivering major infrastructure works.As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in interpreting technical designs, coordinating site activities, and supporting programme delivery across your section of works.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret and understand design specifications and drawingsCarry out accurate setting out using GPS and Total Station equipmentDeliver setting out for earthworks and drainageReview design information and raise technical queries to the Section Engineer to ensure smooth workflowContribute to the 4-week lookahead programme for your area's worksWork closely with supervisors and the Section Engineer to co-ordinate effectively with other site activitiesSupport delivery of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)Identify, report, and close out Non-Conformances (NCRs)Communicate effectively with engineers, designers, enabling functions, and client representativesAbout YouExperience delivering earthworks, drainage or RC framesCompetent with GPS and Total Station equipmentStrong communication and coordination skillsProactive and quality-driven approachThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Proven experience working as a Site Engineer on major infrastructure projectsA valid and relevant CSCS cardA full UK driving licenceThis Site Engineer opportunity offers the chance to work on high-profile projects within a supportive and professional environment.
