Cleaning Supervisor Edinburgh

This role is being advertised by Brightwork who are recruiting for our Prestigious client based in the Stockbridge area of Edinburgh and we require a Temporary Part Time Cleaning Supervisor for our clients site.(please note this is an "on going" role with no end date).Your Time at WorkHours of work are 25 hours, Monday to Friday 1500-2000 daily however flexibility may be required for this role.Key Responsibilities:Lead daily cleaning operations, including floor care and reactive cleaning tasksSupervise, support, and organise your team, including rotas and trainingCarry out audits, monthly performance checks, and safety walksManage cleaning materials and chemicals in line with COSHH regulationsEnsure all cleaning standards meet Sodexo and client expectationsMonitor performance, manage resources, and report any incidentsProvide cover and support additional hours where requiredOur Perfect WorkerExperience in cleaning or housekeeping, ideally with supervisory responsibilityA hands-on, organised approach with strong communication skillsKnowledge of cleaning methods, Health & Safety, and COSHH regulationsHigh standards of professionalism, presentation, and personal hygieneKey Information and Benefits£13.90 per hrAbout Brightwork-Brightwork Ltd offers the services of an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
