We're looking for a Digital Learning Consultant, on a 6-month fixed term contract, who will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders across the business to identify learning needs and design engaging digital solutions that close skills gaps and support business objectives. Combining learning consultancy, instructional design and content creation, the role creates interactive, visually compelling learning experiences that drive engagement, improve learning transfer and support Vitality's skills transformation agenda.Key Actions Consulting with stakeholders to identify learning needs and skills gapsRecommending digital learning solutions aligned to business objectivesDesigning, storyboarding and developing engaging digital learning contentCreating digital assets including e-learning modules, videos, animations, PDFs and presentationsManaging the end-to-end delivery of digital learning projectsUploading, deploying and maintaining content within the learning experience platformMonitoring learner engagement, completion rates and learning effectivenessPartnering with subject matter experts to create impactful digital learning experiencesEnsuring learning solutions align with brand guidelines and tone of voiceEvaluating learning outcomes and using insights to continuously improve learning contentSupporting the ongoing development and administration of the learning experience platformLeading and contributing to digital learning initiatives that support organisational skills development and transformationWhat do you need to thrive? A minimum of 2 years' experience in a digital learning, instructional design or training roleExperience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of adult learning principles and how to apply them to digital learning solutionsExperience designing and developing engaging digital learning content and resourcesStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to consult and influence effectivelyA creative mindset with a strong eye for visual design and user experienceExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage projects from concept through to deliveryA minimum Grade C/4 in GCSE English Language (or equivalent)So, whats in it for you?
