This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established and supportive environment, delivering essential maintenance and refurbishment works.The Role:" Carry out painting and decorating duties including preparation, undercoating, glossing, and emulsion." Undertake planned maintenance and responsive repairs to ensure properties remain safe, welcoming, and well-presented." Maintain cleanliness and safety in all working areas." Provide excellent service to building residents, reporting any issues or follow-up requirements to your team leader.What You Need:" Proven experience as a painter and decorator, ideally in a residential or facilities setting." Ability to work independently and manage your workload." A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering high standards." Good communication and customer service skills."
