Application Support Engineer

We're looking for an Application Support Analyst to join a collaborative IT team supporting and enhancing business-critical claims platform for leading professional services business.This is a new role for the business, taking ownership of the migration and support from legacy to an internal bespoke claims platform, working closely with internal IT team and relevant users.Please note: Experience within claims processing, legal or insurance is essential.What you'll be doing:

• Investigating, analysing and resolving application issues
\n
• Supporting system enhancements, fixes and integrations
\n
• Play a key role in growing this area of the business as the internal IT function continues to scale
\n
• Work with Product Owners and senior stakeholders to gather requirements and improve processes
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Previous experience in an Application Support, Systems Analyst or similar role
\n
• Able to demonstrate supporting and improving bespoke internal systems or applications
\n
• Experience with SQL, Excel, BI and data analysis tools
\n
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Azure DevOps is a bonus)
\n
