\n Pertemps Bristol are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for one of our clients based in Bishopston.\n

Key Responsibilities:\n

- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
\n - Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords.
\n - Understand tenant requirements and match them with suitable properties.
\n - Negotiate offers and liaise between landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process.
\n - Support business development by canvassing for new instructions and identifying new opportunities.
\n - Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain regular communication with clients.
\n

About You:\n

- Confident, enthusiastic, and driven to succeed.
\n - A proactive team player who takes ownership of their work.
\n - An excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
\n - Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
\n - Commercially minded with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
\n - Ideally have at least 12 months previous experience within residential lettings or estate agency

- £27,000 basic salary.
\n - Realistic On-Target Earnings of £29,000+ through an uncapped pooled commission structure.
\n - 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.

Working Hours:\n

- Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 6:00pm
\n - One in three Saturdays: 9:00am – 4:00pm (with a day off in lieu during the week)
