\nAbout the Opportunity\n

\nPertemps is currently recruiting temporary Multi-Drop Postal/Parcel Delivery Drivers on behalf of Parcelforce. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who enjoy independent outdoor work and have a strong passion for customer service.\n
\n
\nCore Responsibilities\n
\n
\n· Preparation: Begin shifts at the local delivery office to accurately sort and load daily deliveries.\n
\n
\n· Distribution: Deliver mail and parcels both by vehicle and on foot. This physical role involves walking up to 8 miles per day.\n
\n
\n· Operations: Utilise a company handheld device for navigating routes and capturing customer signatures.\n
\n
\n· Manual Handling: Safely lift and carry mail bags weighing up to 16kg and parcels up to 20kg, utilising delivery trolleys as required.\n
\n
\nCandidate Requirements\n
\n
\n· Licence: Must hold a valid, full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points (a clean licence is preferred).\n
\n
\n· Resilience: Ability to work comfortably outdoors across all weather conditions.\n
\n
\n· Skills: Exceptional time management capabilities alongside a customer-first mindset.\n
\n
\n· Experience: Prior delivery or commercial driving experience is advantageous but not mandatory.\n
