\n We are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team based in Reading. This role is suited to someone with strong attention to detail, previous warehouse or quality checking experience, and the ability to maintain accuracy in a repetitive environment.\n
\n
Key Responsibilities\n
\n

\n
• Complete daily quality checks on incoming packages.
\n
• Verify labels match delivery notes and are correctly positioned.
\n
• Ensure all received packages are accounted for and placed into the correct cages for dispatch.
\n
• Support general warehouse duties throughout the day.
\n
• Operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts where required (desirable).
\n

Essential Skills & Experience\n
\n

\n
• Previous experience carrying out quality checks within a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks.
\n
• Good organisational skills and accuracy.
\n
• GCSE English Grade C/4 or above.

Desirable\n
\n

\n
• Counterbalance and Reach forklift certification.
\n
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
\n
