\n An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced family solicitor or chartered legal executive to join one of Wiltshire’s leading Legal 500 and Chambers-recognised family team. This award-winning department is known for handling high-quality, complex work that rivals London firms — all while maintaining the balance and lifestyle of a regional practice.

The team is thriving, with a full caseload ready to hand over focussed on private divorce, financial and private children work. With strong internal referral networks and an established client base, this is very much a servicing role rather than one focused on business development.

The role
\n You will take on a busy and varied caseload consisting predominantly of:

\n
• Divorce and financial remedy work including:
\n
• High- and ultra-high-net-worth cases involving assets from £1m–£12m+
\n
• Financial remedies with multi-jurisdictional and offshore elements
\n
• Matters involving trusts, property portfolios and business interests
\n
• Private children work, including international relocation and complex residence/contact matters
\n
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements and TOLATA cases
\n

Clients include HNW individuals, local business owners, farmers, property developers and established family estates — a mix of national-calibre work with a local, personal approach.

What experience is required?

\n
• Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with at least 4 year's PQE
\n
• Strong experience in divorce, financial remedies and exposure in private children work
\n
• Confident managing complex and high-value cases independently
\n
