Lawyer- Legal Advisor

An opportunity for a qualified Lawyer to join a regulatory body as part of their in-house legal team, providing high quality, timely, legal advice across all areas of the organisation.

As Legal Adviser, you will advise on regulatory, commercial, procurement, governance, public law, and information governance matters as well as supporting colleagues with delivering policy objectives.

To be considered for the role, you should be qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England and Wales with a current practising certificate, and have several years’ experience in a commercial role. Experience of providing legal advice in-house in a regulatory or public body setting, with experience of statutory interpretation and applying public law principles is highly desirable for this role.

On offer is a salary between £55,000-£62,000 (dependent on experience) and hybrid working, with 1-2 days per week in the office (London). This role will benefit someone looking to work in an engaging and collaborative team with opportunities to take on project work.
