\nWhat You'll Do\n
\nAre you passionate about harnessing the power of Generative AI to solve real-world\n
\nproblems? As a world-renowned and leading AI Consulting firm, we are actively\n
\nseeking hands-on GenAI experts to join our PSG BI&A Team.\n
\nAs a GenAI IT Senior Data Scientist you will work closely with our Partner Services\n
\nGroup to understand their key challenges, define GenAI products, win buy-in for your\n
\nrecommendations and collaborate with other IT teams to transform stakeholder\n
\npotentials into performance.\n
\n
\nFinally, as a GenAI IT Senior Data Scientist, you will contribute to PSG BI&A Data\n
\nScience expertise and will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end Data Science and\n
\nGenAI solutions, collaborating closely with the BI&A Squad to deliver on stakeholder\n
\nobjectives.\n
\n
\nWhat You'll Bring\n
\nWe’re looking for exceptional talent with experience in core Data Science and AI\n
\nto join us. You will typically have:\n
\n• +4 years experience in IT strategy and consulting, professional software\n
\ndevelopment or Data Science product organisation.\n
\n• A bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related\n
\nfield. Preferably with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or\n
\ndata science.\n
\n• Strong Data Science experience with proficiency in Python, Snowflake, DBT\n
\nand Tableau with experience working in a Data Engineering team and a\n
\nproven ability to communicate effectively and provide clear, actionable\n
\ninsights to senior stakeholders\n
\n• Strong technical expertise in Generative AI, Data Science and Machine\n
\nLearning.\n
\n• A strategic thinker, entrepreneurial, able to work creatively and analytically in\n
\na problem-solving environment\n
\n• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, strong customer focus and\n
\nmental agility with a results orientation\n
\n• Sound understanding of GenAI solution constructs e.g., LLMs, RAG,\n
\nGuardrails, MLOps and multi-modality\n
\n• Experience managing and executing data science and AI projects, from\n
\nideation to deployment, while ensuring alignment with business objectives\n
\nand delivering impactful outcomes\n
\n• Understanding of various GenAI platform & middleware and how they fit in\n
\nGenAI architecture e.g., AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex, Langchain or\n
\nLlamaIndex\n
\n• Able to understand & apply advanced prompt engineering methods and\n
\nrelated concepts (RAG, context windows, memory) RAG is a must!\n
\n• Experience in the organisation of workshops at peer level and facilitating\n
\nmeetings\n
\n• Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively as part of a team\n
\n• Strong business acumen; can frame complex problems in appropriate\n
\nbusiness contexts\n
\n• Highly professional and rigorous, results-oriented, driven and hard-working\n
\n• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English\n
\n• Loyal and reliable, possessing the highest ethical standard\n
\n• Good interpersonal skills but also judgement independency and autonomy\n
\n• Ability to propose innovative ideas, build empathy within the firm and win the\n
\ntrust of key stakeholders\n

\nWho You'll Work With\n
\nYou will be part of the PSG BI&A Squad and our IT Functional Technology team,\n
\npartnering with the AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE), Genie team, Responsible AI,\n
\nand Security/Architecture teams. Together, you’ll deliver scalable, secure, and\n
\ninnovative GenAI solutions that will transform how PSG teams engage with\n
\ntechnology.\n
