\n Square One Resources is partnering with a leading global financial services organisation to appoint a Director, Head of Transfer Agency within its UK Transfer Agency Operations function based in Manchester.
\n This is an outstanding opportunity to join a market-leading organisation at the forefront of the global financial system, where innovation, operational excellence, and leadership are central to its continued success.

\n * Lead the UK Transfer Agency function, overseeing dealing, investor servicing, core record keeping, settlements, and reconciliations.
\n * Own the Transfer Agency operating model, ensuring robust governance, risk management, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance.
\n * Provide senior oversight of client, distributor, and fund governance, ensuring exceptional service delivery and effective stakeholder management.
\n * Drive strategic initiatives, continuous process improvement, technology transformation, and operational efficiency across the function.
\n * Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing management teams while overseeing financial planning and resource management.

\n * Extensive experience within Transfer Agency or Financial Services Operations.
\n * Proven experience leading large operational teams within a regulated financial services environment.
\n * Strong expertise in governance, operational risk, controls, and client service delivery.
\n * Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
