\nA Business Central Specialist is required to join a well-established organisation, taking ownership of the development, support and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Reporting to the Business Systems Lead, this role will play a key part in delivering ERP enhancements, supporting digital transformation and ensuring Business Central continues to meet the evolving needs of the business.\n

\nKey Responsibilities & Skills:\n

• Own the development, support and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and associated ERP functionality.
\n
• Design, develop and maintain Business Central solutions, integrations and customisations using the Microsoft development stack.
\n
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, business-focused technology solutions.
\n
• Develop and support integrations with Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure and third-party applications.
\n
• Ensure system performance, data integrity, security and governance are maintained across the Business Central environment.
\n
• Drive optimisation and automation opportunities, adopting a configuration-first approach to minimise technical debt.
\n
• Proven experience with Microsoft Business Central, AL development, APIs, integrations and ERP transformation within a Microsoft technology environment.
